Skills:

  • Successful completion of a degree in a (business) law program.
  • Relevant experience (not less than 5 years) within a corporate context, including compliance matters as “know your customer”/anti-money laundering, antibribery, export controls/sanctions, antitrust, code of conduct, regulatory, and whistleblowing.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a strong understanding of international compliance requirements.
  • Integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to promoting a culture of ethical behavior and compliance.
  • Strong ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve compliance goals.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Clear organisation, time management, decision-making experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop appropriate strategies for mitigation.
  • Travelling is required within EMEA region.
  • Proficiency with German& English (written and verbal) required
  • Experience in the area of commercial contract drafting & negotiation would be helpful.
